Shipping and delivery policy

Delivery is free for all orders across Jordan.

Greater Amman delivery takes 1–2 business days from order confirmation. Other governorates take 2–4 business days. Times are estimates and may be affected by operational factors or official holidays.

Processing begins after the order is confirmed. Orders received after the business day ends are processed the following business day. Our team calls you to confirm the order, and the delivery team contacts you before arrival.

The order is delivered to the checkout address, and identification may be requested. Inspect the product before signing. Do not accept visibly damaged items; notify the delivery agent immediately. Report damage discovered after receipt within 24 hours.

If delivery fails because of absence or an incorrect address, a second attempt is arranged. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to the warehouse and a new order may be required.
